Questions
How is the balance spent?
Everything you buy lands in one balance in euro. Preparing a JD Swipe costs €10 and covers up to 10 skill areas (for example React, TypeScript, Testing); each extra area is €1. A candidate check costs €1, charged the moment the candidate starts. Cards are generated once per Job Description.
When is a candidate check charged?
When the candidate presses Start. Links that are never opened, expire or are revoked cost nothing.
Does the balance expire?
No. It stays on your account and can be spent on any Job Description or candidate, including ones you create later.
What happens when I run out of checks?
Candidates who open a link see that the check is temporarily paused. We warn you at 80% usage, and when you top up, paused candidates with an e-mail address are notified automatically.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free balance. Instead you can look at an example check and report before buying, and the smallest package is one Job Description with 20 candidate checks.
How do refunds work?
Purchases are final, except that the unused balance is refunded when you close your account. See the Refund Policy.
VAT and invoices?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. You pick a package in Billing and give your company details; we e-mail a pro-forma invoice from KRUPIARSKY sp. z o.o. (Poland) and credit the balance when the transfer arrives. EU companies with a VAT number: reverse charge. Polish companies: 23% VAT. Every payment gets a VAT invoice.
