For recruitment agencies

Send your client candidates who already passed the technical screen.

Paste the client's Job Description. Every candidate takes a ten-minute skills check on their phone. You submit the ones who reach the level the role asks for – with a report the client can open, not just a CV.

No subscription, no seats. €10 per role, €1 per candidate.

  • Anna K.Meets the JD

Senior level confirmed in Kotlin, Spring and Kafka.

  • Marek P.Close to the JD

Kotlin and Spring at senior level; Kafka not shown at the level the role asks for.

  • Tomasz W.Below the JD

Kotlin, Spring and Kafka not shown at the senior level the role asks for.

The expensive part of agency hiring is the candidate who fails at the client.

A role arrives with a stack your recruiters have never used. Twenty CVs claim all of it. The screening call can check motivation, salary and notice period – but not whether someone really knows Kafka at senior level.

So the real technical screen happens at the client. Every candidate who fails there costs your recruiter's time, the client's time, and a little of the trust that brings the next role to you rather than to another agency.

JD Swipe moves that screen to the start of the process, before the first call and long before the client interview. Built from the client's own Job Description, at the level they asked for.

What changes for your agency

Recruiters spend calls on the right people

Send the check with the first message. By the time you pick up the phone, you know who reaches the level in each skill area and who doesn't – so the call is about the role, the money and the timing.

Your submissions carry proof

Each candidate you put forward comes with a one-page report built from the client's JD: every skill area against the required level, one verdict, questions for their interview. The client sees why you chose them.

Any stack, without a technical recruiter

SAP EWM, Apigee, LangGraph, Terraform – if it is in the Job Description, it is in the check. Cards are written for this role and verified against official documentation before a candidate sees them.

One project per client. One link per candidate.

Built for how agencies already work: several clients, several recruiters, roles opening and closing every week.

  1. 1

    Create a client project

Group the client's roles in one place. Decide which of your recruiters can see it.

  2. 2

    Paste the Job Description

AI reads the skill areas and the level – junior to expert – and builds a check for this role in a few minutes. No question bank to maintain.

  3. 3

    Send candidates a link

By e-mail or a personal link in your own message. About ten minutes on a phone, no account, available in the candidate's language.

  4. 4

Share live results with the client

A read-only link for the hiring manager, confirmed with a one-time code. New reports appear as candidates finish – or attach the PDF to your submission.

Questions agencies ask

Is this a coding test?

No. It is a short knowledge check that replaces the screening call: true/false statements about the tools and concepts in the Job Description, at the level the role asks for. If the client wants a coding task or a technical interview, your shortlist goes there next – with fewer people who were never going to pass.

Which roles does it work for?

Any role where the Job Description names tools, systems or domain knowledge you can check: software, data, cloud, DevOps, SAP and other ERP, security, QA, networking, specialist engineering. Vague requirements such as "cloud" are checked at a basic, provider-neutral level and marked as general in the report.

Can my client see the reports without an account?

Yes. In a client project you create a read-only share link for the hiring manager. New candidates appear automatically, and every visit is confirmed with a one-time code sent to their e-mail – no account, no forwarding. You choose whether they also see observations, voice transcripts and interview questions.

What do candidates see?

Your agency's name, the role, the skill areas that will be checked and how long it takes. They answer on their phone without creating an account. They never see the correct answers, and nobody is ranked against anyone else.

Who is responsible for candidate data?

Your agency is the controller; JD Swipe processes the data on your behalf under the Data Processing Agreement in our Terms. Data is hosted in the EU and deleted 90 days after the check.

Does the AI reject candidates?

No. The report says, for each skill area, whether the answers reached the level the Job Description asks for, and lists observations for a person to review. Your recruiter decides who goes forward – that is how JD Swipe is built for the EU AI Act.

How does pricing work for an agency?

A Job Description costs €10 (up to 10 skill areas) and each candidate check €1, paid from a prepaid balance that never expires. No subscription and no seats – the whole team works from one balance. The Agency package (30 Job Descriptions and 400 checks) is 15% off.

Can the whole team use one account?

Yes. Invite your recruiters, create a project per client, and decide who sees which projects. Everyone works from the same balance.

Try it on a role you are working on now.

Paste the Job Description and see the check in a few minutes – take it yourself before you send it to anyone. During early access we set up a starting balance for agencies by hand; tell us about your team and the roles you hire for.
