Blueprints, a calculator and a payroll sheet on a desk

Built for jobs with one right answer.

Engineering, construction, payroll, accounting and IT run on standards, regulations and tools. That is where a ten-minute check says the most.

  • MEP engineer
  • Civil engineer
  • PLC programmer
  • Quantity surveyor
  • Payroll specialist
  • Management accountant
  • DevOps engineer
  • Backend developer
  • Data analyst

Hard to fake, easy to read.

No remote check is cheat-proof. JD Swipe makes outside help slower than knowing the answer, and shows you what looks off.

A minute per card

Enough to read and think without rushing. The server keeps the clock; tab switches, copying and uniform answer times are flagged.

A few answers out loud

Two or three times per check, candidates say why in their own words. The microphone is on only then, and only with their consent.

You decide, not the algorithm

Unusual answers become observations you review. The verdict summarises answers; it never judges a person or rejects anyone.

Questions

Do you use a ready-made question bank?

No. AI analyzes each Job Description and generates new cards for it, from junior to expert. Two different JDs, even for the same role, get two different checks.

Is this a technical test?

No. It's a short knowledge check that replaces the first phone call. Send your shortlist to a practical task or a technical interview afterwards.

What if the Job Description is vague?

We check it at a basic, neutral level and mark it as general in the report. You don't need to fill in the gaps.

What about soft skills?

Today JD Swipe checks tool and domain knowledge. Situational cards for soft skills are planned.
